I've said this in another thread, but this game really makes relationships and human interaction seem pretty realistic and non-forced.

What was the Dev teams thought process around these issues?

Lilly is on the top for having a surprisingly multifaceted personality. In my first play through I was trying to go for Lilly but being a LN novice I guess I missed the obvious hint to be nice to Hanako to get closer to Lilly...
