If we are going for obvious I'd say Hanako right side of face.
Shizune left side closer to ear or in the palm of hand, wrist or forearm.
Misha on wrist, foream, palm of one hand (if Shizune is in one, she on the other).
Rin on the shoulder.

I played just ater I finished Act 1. It's bad but it's not that bad for a starting project. If I remember correctl, it's just a day more or less into the school life.

Actually for me Misha's wahaha was pure torture and I'm still a Shizune girl and anyway the ending is very good wether or not you like Shizune. I'm also open to cange my ratings with the full version of the game.
