Honestly, its not hard to dominate the english original anime/manga/vn scene. Very little stuff of any quality comes out. I agree with you... since I was introduced to KS back in February by the Kotaku article, I tried out other english VN's, sadly, there were not many that came close to KS's art q...

Very interesting trivia... its very interesting for the reader (and mostly the writer) to put himself in the KS universe/plot line (whatever you call it). I chose Hanako and Shizune. Because Hanako was my instinctive choice in the 1st playthrough... but I when my curiosity got the best of me and tried out Shizune.... she wasn't so bad after alll (despite her behavior towards others).
