Re: Emi's New Sprites
Oh wow this isn't a Christmas fool's joke. Unless it is. But yea as an Emi hopeful I think I like the design. Seems more human and less otaku-bait. She looks a little thin there but this is just based off 1 picture. I'm wondering if her character progression is going to be less otaku-bait as well ...

Re: Learning Japanese.... Who is into it?
I wanted to learn Japanese because that's the only language aside from English that really matters.
AMERICA and JAPAN. The two USEFUL countries.
If you don't know either of those languages then you're not COOL enough for me to even want to talk to.

Firstly, I think your perception of Mischa is off. 1) she's not overweight or at least doesn't look overweight. She looks pretty normal aside from the anime features. 2) She's supposedly not very dumb as when in class Hisao says something along the lines of "Mischa and Shizune did most of the work ...

Good thing I can just take classes here because Japanese is one of the standard languages taught at highschool and college AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA あははははははははははははは ばかがいじんのおに! But no seriously Japanese is really easy to grasp once you get hiragana and katakana down. Grammer is simple, vocabulary makes sense ...

[ka̠ta̠ɰ͡β̞a̠ ɕo̞:zo̞] the w and vowels are the hard part for native english speakers (I think), and yes each mora has equal stress, no accents anywhere. So, does anyone even know how to read that sort of phonetic alphabet? I think just saying "kah-tah-wa sho-jo with no stress on any syllables" is g ...

There's a third party? What party is that?
And it's nice to see other people wanting to give donations too. To quote my friend, "we need to keep throwing money at them so they hurry up and finish it already."
