I think if you appeal it and the situation is as you say then it should be okay. I've also had a ban lifted because of an appeal. The only time my appeal was denied was then the (temporary) ban was completely justified (notworksafe in worksafe board etc) and my appeal was a joke.

Yeah, I can agree there, but I guess it's because she's got a lot of depth to her. I liked her arc in the actual game. Shizune's had the best ending, though.
