Re: Fun Facts About the Shimmie
Is there any chance that 'Shiina "Misha" Mikado' will be reverted to Anonymous in the comment section? Or will that change be permanently?

Re: Im Curious about drill hair
Thank you Snicket, that was quite informative, since my only knowledge about anime drill hair stemmed from the tv tropes article about princess curls. *picture* Animal cruelty: the final frontier. These are the forums of the game Katawa Shoujo. It's mission: to discuss anything KS-related, to show p...

Re: Have you changed your mind over which girl you prefer???
After some weeks of of letting the "vibe" of each girl be filtered through time and various discussions on this forum I might have come up with my final ranking for Act 1. At first glance I would have gone for Hanako or Shizune, Lilly, Rin and Emi in that particular order. Hanako and Shizu...

Hold on there, maybe that is the "accident" Emi had.Bara wrote:Wow, thats some "dedication"... and a bit scary.Guest wrote:Unless that disabled person was Rin, then I would cut my own legs off just to date her.

The sideburns of Hasidic Jews can sometimes look like drill hair.

I can also recommend silentkyon and kekekeke. Their drawing style is different from what we got in Act 1 because their art is a little bit outdated but they are nonetheless very good.Tsundere Lightning wrote:Pimmy is awesome in general.

Re: Misha's disabillity?
To stay on topic, I suppose we are getting our hopes up for Misha's disability to be something interesting or at least satisfactory. I really do not mind if she is a care bear who shoots WAHAHAHA or if she is normal person who has some edges concerning her behaviour. However, she has her charms for ...

You think one of Hanako's good points is her scarred face? That's like saying you prefer Shizune because she won't torture you with mindless banter.Mercutio wrote:[...]good points from fictional characters [...] setting your face on fire.

Re: Misha's disabillity?
This is the oldest active non-stickied thread and it really deserves to crawl under a rock and die or get a stake through it heart and burial in a crossroads at midnight. I realy don't care about Shizune's trained parrot. Misha is there as a tool to tell Shizune's story; she is a spear-carrier. To ...

The actual story of the name is both hilarious and embarrassing, so much that I better not recount it. At least it...

Re: Fun Facts About the Shimmie
Another thing the Shimmie lacks in are pictures depicting kissing or similar thing like holding hands. I have found exactly one. Strikes me as odd that fanart to a game which is intended to be romantic produces much more depictions of sex and rape than more simple actions motivated from love. (Altho...

Re: Misha's disabillity?
Perhaps, but she's still going to need assistance in other matters related to her deaf/mute-ness. Being mute, she can't talk, so she'd need a translator. Lip reading does you nothing for intercoms or other telecommunication means where there are no lips to read. Her deafness could also make it diff...

Re: Misha's disabillity?
If you really want to analyze this hard, you could probably make an argument that Misha's disability is Shizune. On the contrary, Misha is disabling Shizune. Shizune has to learn to live, work and suceed without too much reliance on others. This is the goal of Yamaku: to produce adults who can live...
