With regard to the release time, I'm pretty sure one of the devs did say it'd be 4/1/12 according to GMT, which is not necessarily negated by Suriko's statement that they're going by NY/4chan time. It could just be pretty late GMT; I was anticipating at least 6pm GMT anyway to be perfectly honest ...
