I agree, during the first act, he was 50/50 annoying-amusing, but playing the Shizune path, I'd say he's mostly just amusing, and it's nice to see that as messed up as he is, he does have his normal moments.

It reminds me of when KS was first posted on Fakku and the screenshot was of Misha and Shizune, naturally the lack of obvious disability in the picture confused a lot of people.

I've always been partial to the idea that Misha's parents are headmaster/superintendent, while she has no Yanmaku worthy disability, she intends to follow in her parent's footsteps and help those physically disabled, this also explains why she already knew sign when she met Shizune.
