Re: Katawa Shoujo Folding@Home Team
We'll probably end up back there soon enough, there are three other teams that will catch us over the next month or so, in about the same time we'll only move up one place. Cursed to remain at 180 forever

Going by the wiki - http://fahwiki.net/index.php/Common_Error_Messages - the most common cause of CLIENT_DIED messages is a dodgy overclock, got anything like that running?
Failing that, find and delete the WU data (I forget where that hides itself now), its possible that could be the problem

I somehow doubt they'd care how you tag the tracks for your own personal use, so long as you don't redistribute it afterwards.Guest wrote:I downloaded the soundtrack. Would you guys mind if I changed names to "4LS" or something, so they are all toegether instead of spread across my library ?

Re: Katawa Shoujo Folding@Home Team
I'm sure this has been asked before, but since there are three years' worth of replies and fifty pages to the thread I hope y'all will indulge me: I joined last night and want to set up one of those nifty .sig images. How often are team rosters updated? I don't seem to be on the team page as of yet...

Re: Where and when did you found out about Katawa Shoujo?
Saw it around the release of the Act 1 demo, through a thread on /v/. Kept my beady little eyes on the project since. Shocked that was only 2 and a half years ago, feels longer.

Re: Katawa Shoujo Folding@Home Team
Just installed the main single-cpu version and it's running alright. I have a quad so it kind of just uses 25% of my total power overall. I have some questions some of you probably can answer (the FAQ was a bit confusing): 1. The GPU client, it works in the same way as the CPU client only with just...

At least your place is secure. I think I'm still in 6th, but I've got 4-5 people catching up to me pretty fast . I wish I could leave my PC on more, but at the moment I'm lucky to hit 2000PPD.Kota wrote:God damn, now I'm stuck in this place. 5th is my home. This is saddening.

Re: Katawa Shoujo Folding@Home Team
So, uhh, apparently we now have a team consisting of a single ISP who will beat us in a months time. http://www.xcpus.com/folding/foldingteamsummary.aspx?teamID=167809&page=1 Ah well, can't beat them all. Of course, this could just be another one like the Quakecon team, starting strong and then...

Old crappy P4 test server no longer on desk. New Core 2 duo test server running 64 bit Linux in its place, running F@H. Seems to be able to crunch 12500 steps in an hour, FWIW. http://shimmie.katawa-shoujo.com/imgsrv/fah/u_stats.php?un=DuaneMoody Don't forget to OC it! I'm not much of an overclocke...
