Misha is on the inside of the Shizune card, so when you open it up you see Misha saying "Shicchan didn't make these chocolates specially for you, ~WAHAHAHA!"

So now we just need A Christmas Katawa - with Kenji Scrooge, the ghost of Hisao Marley, and the three spirits.
Shizune could be the ghost of Christmas Future as that one doesn't talk anyway.
