Overall I'd say I liked it. It was interesting, and not what I expected. I don't necessarily buy the fact that he became a homicidal maniac solely because of his illness, but I'm willing to suspend my disbelief for the sake of the story. But then again I'm a pushover for hopelessly depressing things...
