Re: Four Leaf Studios, how does it work?

A revision can be either huge (10 000-20 000 words of game script) or small (fix to a single scripting error in one code file) or whatever in between (like a new CG, or editing a single scene). It's not even meant to gauge game progress in the sense of "how many revisions until KS is done"...

Re: Is katawa Shoujo the gateway drug of visual novels?

Re: Four Leaf Studios, how does it work?

4LS consists of unpaired electrons, but sometimes creativity can cause them to align in the same direction.

Re: Graphic Festival

Personally, I feel that most cons and anime cons in particular are far too superficial and fannish. I'd visit a summit where knowledgeable people would talk CRITICALLY about the trends in fandom and mainstream and look at larger trends and what causes them, and the psychology behind them. Then again...

Blog comments disabled for the time being

Since there has been a streak of Chinese spam on this blog that I have grown very tired of deleting, I'm turning comments on the blog off. From now on, please refer to the forum. I hope all blog posters will start a thread in the new appropriate subforum.

Re: Error on Startup

It seems like the game crashed and wants to open a traceback, but the path to the traceback is wrong (the message you describe is almost certainly not coming from the game, but from your operating system). These are two distinct problems; look into the game folder for a file called traceback.txt and...

More to the point, it came out so early after v3 because the French team, unlike most other teams, had a hard deadline due to their convention plans.

Re: Is katawa Shoujo the gateway drug of visual novels?

That's not really the same though. People have been saying "Heavily story based games like Mass Effect or Phoenix Wright or Metal Gear Solid are popular, that totally means that VNs are mainstream viable", but I feel that they are missing the very important point that what makes these popu...
