Hello there, I also just now experienced the same issue. For me the problem was I was running the game in compatability mode, in order to have the windowed version in full screen. By turning off the compatibility mode my problem was solved.

Hey there, also had this same issue. Are you also running it in compatability mode to get fullscreen windowed effect? I solved my issue by turning off compatability mode.
