Re: Miki: Fragments (Complete)

NOOOOO! This was the most consistently updated story I kept coming back for : ' ( But in all seriousness, congratulations! It's been a wild, entertaining ride. I love that this was still dropping bombs through the last chapter. Reading the story has been a blast, thank you so much for sharing it ...

Re: Miki: Fragments (Ch.29 Posted 20th September 2015)

Thanks, glad to see you’re still around. Like I said said at the start of the chapter my buffer zone between the chapter i’m working on and what I have posted has become much smaller. Hopefully a trading off speed for quality, but it does mean a longer wait between updates i’m afraid. :? I still che ...

Re: Miki: Fragments (Ch.29 Posted 20th September 2015)

Very nice... but... “Fuck sake,” I whisper, returning the cork to the bottle. Did you mean 'FFS' or did you mean 'fuck sake '? Heh, the perils of transliteration. :) I read that and wondered why she was cursing sake while drinking shochu. Good chapter as always, Gajzla! Excited to see where this is ...

Re: Developments (Post-Lilly Neutral End) - Ch.60 posted 8/3

Wow... I don't really have anything insightful to add. Beautifully written as always. I'm not sure I'm ready to live in a world without further Developments updates.

Re: Miki: Fragments (Ch.25 Posted 29th July 2015)

Just popped on to say I'm still reading and am now all caught up. I felt like the Act transition was a little rough, partly because of the time skip, but also because everything slowed down a bit. Now that the story is once again going at full Gajzla speed, I'm really enjoying all the characters ...

Wait... It's Misha, isn't it? Don't answer that.

Re: Miki: Fragments (Ch.18 Posted 4th June 2015)

I'm kind of surprised she left out the parts about the other people when talking to the police, but I'm guessing she didn't want to admit to witnesses who would shred her fabrication. She was going to include them originally, but than I thought about it and decided that in her shoes I wouldn’t. ...

Re: Yamaku Book Club (Meeting Resumed 03 June 2015)

Classroom Game , by Oddball. Entertaining, for sure. Though that seems like an uncharacteristically graceless stunt on Shizune's part. Also I think it would have been funnier if the "invisible bird" from Miki had been on purpose. It got a laugh out of me. I agree that it doesn't make sense for ...

Re: Miki: Fragments (Ch.18 Posted 4th June 2015)

Well that ended on a dark note. I'm guessing though that her latest dream will not be the last word on the subject. I'm kind of surprised she left out the parts about the other people when talking to the police, but I'm guessing she didn't want to admit to witnesses who would shred her fabrication ...

Re: After the Dream—Emi's Arc/Akiko's Story (Complete 201506

I think Akiko's story is the most tragic one in your 'verse, which is kinda of an accomplishment. It's good to see that she ends up finding her own bit of happiness. I think some of your most elegant writing revolves around the subtle heartbreak of doomed relationships—the Kaori/Koji interaction d ...

I see hints that the years with Shizune rubbed off on Hisao during the interaction with Lilly. Really liking this story, and eagerly awaiting more : D

Re: Firing Blanks - (Updated 5/20) Basically just Shizune/Ha

Mind if I jump in? I'll try to be more intelligent than I was in Alpaca's thread. What harrowing, troubling story made Lilly so dead set on self reliance? I feel like you are underplaying Lilly's past to some degree. Her parent's left her with Akira when she was 12. Even though she's not bitter or ...

Re: The Alpaca Dump: Another One-Shot Thread - updt #2 29/5/

Like I said, I probably had missed something. In this case, the fact that Hanako was the narrator completely went over my head. The whole disassociated conscious was apparently too subtle for me. It... it was? Yeah, re-reading it now, it comes in loud and clear. I probably should refrain from ...
