Re: What if Katawa Shoujo was a Japanese eroge made in 1995?

Presenting "Crippled Hearts", a little video I put together that parodies/mashes up Katawa Shoujo with a certain badly-translated visual novel from the DOS era (warning: NSFW): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVIblN0t78c This was hilarious :P The music was a really nice touch, and the jel...

Re: Ask!

I think that that the idea that Emi has a liberal attitude towards sex is very well communicated. As a friend of mine put it, she's a "trysexual", meaning she'd be open to try anything at least once. That's why it makes much more sense to me that they'd she'd have experimented with Misha o...

Re: Ask!

I was wondering if we could get an official dev statement on the nature of Emi and Misha's friendship? The subject was broached on page 226 of the thread, and the exchange went something like this: Anyway, Hive meant to write Emi and Misha as good friends, but that never materialized properly. The l...

Me too, but it turns out we're both wrong: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1347133/Disabled-man-banned-using-road-tank-wheelchair-killjoy-DVLA-chiefs.html tl;dr : Dorchester, England. We should have known, if it was in America he would have a gun in one hand and a donut in the other =P As a...

Re: The Official KS Headcanon Thread

I think I might shared this one before, but my headcanon is that Lilly's Act 4 appearance in Shizune's route isn't a script error, but that Hisao is actually having tea with Lilly's doppelgänger. When Hisao remembers, months later, that Lilly would have been in Scotland at that time, he quite natura...

...crap, you're right.

You mean when he talks about bowling in the hallways with his ex-girlfriend? He only mentions bowling in that one scene, but still, I should have remembered it. :P

Re: Ask!

Well, it's obvious that a lot of script and sprites were cut/replaced by newer versions but, was this the case for some CG? Or, by the time you got them drawn it was already clear which scenes were definitely gonna be on the script and which weren't? I might be wrong, but CGs were such a time-inten...

Re: The Official KS Headcanon Thread

All Hisao's talk about being a city boy (especially the stuff about the air being different, and the constant noise and such) made me think his parents live in a high-rise apartment building near an urban core. Like on the eighth floor in a 16-story building. Or next to a school within earshot of a...

Re: The Official KS Headcanon Thread

I swear, brythain... you deserve some sort of "KS Fan of Forever" Award. You actually found a high school that's around the right area and where it snowed at the right time for it to be Hisao's, and even located the wooded area where Iwanako tried to confess to Hisao--that's just incredibl...

I can appreciate huge knockers, just not the oversized variety that, say, Kim Kardashian has.
