Hanako = Hanazawa Kana (Sora from Sketchbook) though like others said, Mizuki Nana's Hinata fits quite well also.
Lily = Tanaka Rie (Maria from Hayate)
Shizune = Saito Chiwa perhaps for narrated thought (Aika from ARIA)
Misha = Horie Yui (Minori from Toradora or Manabi from Manabi Straight) also ...
