Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
On the topic of suicide, it would appear that Robin Williams went out that way today. As a big comedy fan, I find this particularly saddening considering I never knew the guy. Relevant observation: People only ever seem to advertise the Suicide Prevention Hotline after a suicide. "As good a time as ...

Re: What gender are most KS fans?
Shushshushuhshush. It all depends on the connotation and area you live in. Where I live, calling someone gay or queer is rude, because it's, well, a very common insult. (I go to a very conservative school.) That said, it's all a bit of a misunderstanding because Zarys doesn't speak english as a ...

Re: Random KS Discussion
That doesn't mean I'm not going go against discrimination. Sure it will always exist but you can at the very least try to weather it down as much as possible. Rather than attacking people for thinking a redo of the aparthaid system for disabled people is bad, you guys should try to prevent ...

Re: What gender are most KS fans?
Stop trying to take away the controversy from the word queer. Stop trying to put it back. Queer is a derogative term for homosexual males who are effeminate. It means "not quite right" and if anybody is told that they are "not quite right" in society I am sure they would be offended. Also it has a ...

Re: Random KS Discussion
The discrimination already exists . This doesn't create discrimination. It creates a place to go to get away from it. And the point is to provide an environment equipped to handle the relevant conditions as well as provide an environment in which people with such conditions can better thrive, so ...

Okay, I thought queer was a correct word because the LBGTQ. :? It is a correct word. :P Stop trying to take away the controversy from the word queer. Re: Random KS Discussion
I'd disagree - each person with disabilities is unique and some may require more support than others. Not just educational but physical, mental and medical. There are schools in my area that are specifically equipped to deal with special needs like this, especially at the crucial younger age when ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
I never really understood bullying properly. Not because I wasn't bullied but because I was bullied. But I managed to break out of it when I was 10 and I took it as a learning experience. It actually made me a better person Although I do have a side effect of it. I hate my voice and I realised how ...

Re: Random KS Discussion
There is no need for schools like yamaku. Well for the UK at least (the UK doesn't have the best education system anyway). A lot of schools are entirely prepared to deal with physically disabled people. I remember seeing a girl who had been almost entirely disabled and couldn't lift her head up. She ...

Re: Types of emotional reactions to KS
Maybe he meant no cursing as in, you aren't allowed to perform voodoo or witchcraft on the other member's here. Either way, it's not an emotional reaction to KS, so let's get back to the point. Well it can be an emotional reaction to KS. For example during Emi's route I would start cursing her in ...

Re: Hanako's Broken Heart Club
I'm gonna have to ask that you not use the term "trash-talking" without knowing the meaning of said term. I didn't trash-talk anybody. I simply judged somebody based on the actions and traits you yourself attributed to that person. And unfortunately, judgement isn't something that can just be ...

Re: The "thank you 4LS" thread.
Thank you 4LS for giving me an enjoyable read.
And thanks for giving me some insight on how armless people function. Also thanks for the nice music and for making Rin.
And thanks for making these forums.
Looking at other people's walls of thanks here I feel pretty insignificant. Oh well.
