I'm sorry, I'm not sure what's going on. Did you try to make proportionally correct human figures in that pic? Just stack heads next to the figures and you can see that those numbers in your post are totally unrelated to the actual picture, right? Here, take Lilly. She's a bit over 4 heads tall, so...

In that picture though, while the relative heights are correct I'm sure, the proportions are crazy wacky which probably makes up most of the difference effect to game art along with the fact that the sprites don't show full body.
