Was it hard to find members that sticked around for the whole project? I'm guessing a lot of people misjudged the amount of work a VN could take, and not all of them decided to stay. This is specially true if you take into account that you didn't sell the game and that, as far as I know, no money ...

Happy new year, y'all! During the development, did you ever feel like someone was trying to implement their ideas over the rest? Did everyone, artists included, have a say on the direction the project was going or did you all simply resonate well and it never became a problem? Do you feel like this ...

I know you get a lot like these, but, what would you say is the most common mistake rookies make when they want to make a visual novel (Or a similar project, really)? Trying to chew more than they can swallow? Lack of organization? Lack of focus on the project?

I know you somewhat researched into Hisao's disease to keep it somewhat realistic. Were you worried about depicting something from Japan's culture/geography wrong? And, was there something you had overseen and had to "fix" later?

As far as i know, no money was invested in the making of KS, right?
If so, was it hard to find artists and musicians? Was it hard to keep the drawing style consistent during the game? And, how many artists did the team had?

Holy crap, I've no idea that there was so much thought behind some of the stuff, like the pills.
Also, if it's okay to ask, why exactly did you went to Japan, Aura? Was it just a recreational travel?

Did the members of the project who weren't writers (artists, musicians, etc) have a say in the direction the game went? This is, things like the story, the theme, the characters. If someone didn't like something, did you guys scrapped it and tried to work it around, or did the writers have full ...

You just mentioned that you didn't have an art team at the beggining, and this came to me. How did you... recruit a team? Did you simply asked people you knew? Or used 4chan/some kind of forum?
