Lilly: Almost anything containing alcohol (could even be cold medicine).
Rin: An umbrella, or maybe some oranges. An orange umbrella?
Hanako: A pair of shades, so she doesn't have to stare at the floor constantly
Emi: A treadmill, to ensure no matter what the weather, she can still run. 8 ...

This is pretty good, I really like the interaction between Hanako and tattoo-san, you should consider doing more of these!
