I completely agree with that. I'm working on a route of my own and people were wondering why I didn't just pick a cannon character and write one offs or routes of the well known semi cannon characters, it's good to be different.

I enjoy what you did with jigoro, every fiction I have read always has him be a huge asshole to Hisao even after Hisao proves himself. I also like shizunes mother character the way you portray her. most have her dead. Overall this isn't the run of the mill shizune fiction and that's good !

I usually don't nit pick but one thing in this fic really bothered me. Why did they take the girl with crutches that could run less then Hisao yet leave Hisao for mobility and heath reasons?

See I think thats a thing that depends on the audience of the source, not the source itself. If katawa shoujo's entire audience was juvenile and immature, Fictions that are immature and juvenile would be poplar, good in the eyes of the viewers and plentiful,
