One thing worth noting is that Hisao's parents are in Tokyo (from Lilly's route, IIRC). So, Hisao himself is more likely to die from that than his parents are.

I doubt that one as well. Mind you, even though the devs say it's a mistake, they didn't fix it... Lilly still appears at the end of Shizune's bad route, even in KS 1.2.1. Now, it is my headcanon that Hanako will get disillusioned with Japan, and if it's not either her own good ending or Lilly's bad...

There are some headcanons in which Misha and Emi are friends, off-screen... (And, actually, it is implied some by Instant Replay...)

In increasing order, from the character sheets:

Emi: 151 cm (4'11")
Shizune/Misha: 158 cm (5'2")
Rin: 161 cm (5'3")
Hanako: 164 cm (5'5")
Lilly: 171 cm (5'7")

And Rin, who's almost emaciated and is missing body parts, is 50 kg.
