Just my two cents: Did you use an HB? You should use more than one pencil if you want that contrast. Her eye also looks a little weird, just a little. It's missing that highlight. Maybe you purposefully left it out, but i don't think it can do without it.Pupil should be a little bigger too you know ...

It's not that bad. Did you use reference? Is that an A4? It looks huge.
