Re: The Official KS Headcanon Thread
Since I have a slight interest in history, as well as being partly descended from a Scottish clan myself (a MacDonald on my great-grandmother's side, likely a descendant of an emigrated family from the MacDonells of Glengarry or MacDonald of Keppoch), my personal headcanon regarding Lilly's part ...

Re: Shit that Pisses Lilly Off
It is generally NEVER a good idea to sneak up on Lilly and either suddenly shout in her ear or jab her in the ribs.
White canes can definitely be put to use as improvised weapons and yes, that broken jaw you now possess DOES hurt "wike ah beesh".

I've never actually re-read the VN... I read it through and got all the endings, but I just haven't decided to read it again at aa later date. I kinda have that stubborn mentality of " I already know how it's going to end, I don't see the point " The community and fanbase are what keeps me ...

Re: The Official KS Headcanon Thread
My headcanon about this joker is that his real name is Jun Fukuyama, a part-time actor who makes a living acting as a character named Lelouche Lamperouge. When he is found out, he is summarily removed by agents of the Britannian Empire and converted into a shopkeeper with his memories erased. Huh ...

Re: Please release Katawa Shoujo source code as free softwar
I think the devs have made themselves very clear on this (relating to the assets proper) and similar issues every single time, regardless as to whether the person asks for permission or doesn't have their blessing. To quote Dr Evil (inb4 the Cook burns this thread): "................... How about ...

You, sir, have just won the Internet. That's definitely a game concept I could/would get behind.

Erm ... great parody, but should I be spooning my eyes out with a melon-baller, or running for the hills until I trip and 'fallen' in da watta' ?

Re: Random KS Discussion
I was under the impression that muskets could be very accurate, if operated properly. I suppose that would be dependant on the time the musket is from. The muskets my lot use are all 17th Century, and pretty damn archaic... literally a metal tube, a rough ball of lead and a decent amount of packed ...

Re: The problem with Shizune
Well, in my case, it's not necessarily that I hate her or anything that extreme. I think it's just that some of the characters will click with certain people, while others won't (looking at you, Kenji!) for varying reasons. Remember: doesn't click =/= doesn't like. As for Shizune in particular, I ...

Re: Learning To Fly - A Saki pseudo-route (Update and Art 1/
Whew. Just got through a well-written Akira "what-if" route and now this in-progress pseudo-route's got my attention. Since I haven't read any of this work, I don't have any constructive feedback to offer for now. I'll get back to it once I finish up. In any case, thanks for taking the step into ...

I think there's one doppelgänger in 'The Tale of Genji' — some noblewoman who is Genji's lover has her spirit deployed over a distance, while she's still alive, to cause trouble to Genji's wife. As for the second one, now you're just riffing off your vastly entertaining fanfic. :D Huh, even if it wa ...

Re: You have been playing too much KS when...
False. There is no god once you have christened a Blackwatch unit in Napoleon: TW the "Satou Slayers." They were remarkably effective, even if their aim was a bit off... Ha, really? My headcannon is that the Satou's had an ancestor who was part of the famed 2nd North British (Scotland) Dragoon ...

Re: Random KS Discussion
I can remember being part of a short-lived science club within my third and fourth years of primary school, when I was a whee lad. After moving schools about 5 years later, I became a (somewhat background) member of my High School's Student Council. Held that post on and off for about two years.

Is is me, or does Akira's smile in that one have a "Axe Murder" vibe to it? Well 'the bigger the smile, the sharper the knife' , after all. :D But seriously, I kinda preferred her 'slight' smile as opposed to that "you're a dead man, Hisao!" spit-chewing grin she has in the quoted pic.
