I'm lucky enough to never have gotten that call. Last time one of my parents was seriously injured I was about 7(I'm 27 now.) However, I have had both of my grandpas hospitalized, though that's probably not QUITE the same.

This doesn't really relate to the voice thing(I don't watch much anime so I don't know who any of those characters are), but when I saw Akio's picture the first thing I thought of was Gara from Naruto. Of course, their voices would be nothing alike, but they look similar, what with the messy red hair.

Hanakio is still adorable, but her practically begging for eskimo kisses to be their thing might have been the cutest thing yet. I honestly don't think I can get tired of this couple.

I'm glad Emi isn't too bitchy in this since I don't find bitchy characters fun to read, just annoying. I don't think she came off as to bad. A little aggressive maybe, but not bitchy.

This was really sweet. And smooth move by Akio to leave the book right at midnight. And of course flirty Hanako is always fun. Loved her line at the end there.

I agree with the former lurker, this chapter made me smile too. Ryuto and Ikuno being adorable was great, and I've always loved confession scenes, and this one was particularly well done. It fits Miki perfectly.

This was interesting. I love supernatural, ghosts in particular, stuff so this was right up my alley.

This chapter was allot of fun. And I think changing P.O.V. is a good idea. Keeps things interesting if done well, and I have no reason to think you won't. Also, British slang is allot of fun, so I don't blame Taro for wanting to learn some.
