I knew deep down in my heart that it was a silly idea to start of as hard as I did.

Sucks really hard that i have to cut down on my training until my leg have gotten better, but I have learned my lesson to not go all out from the start.
Thanks to KS i´ve been picking up running again after 5 years of inactivity (and an additional 20Kg to my belly) and am currently on my 4th week of my new active life (and it feels great :)). A small disclaimer though, I´m not following the "official" Emi ...
