Great couple of chapters. I thought the conversation between Emi and Hanako was oddly casual considering the two barely know each other, but whatever. The karaoke scene was positively delightful; is it wrong that I imagined Kenji picking a Tenacious D song, to the horror of all the patrons?

While I find it odd that they would all think bringing a kitten along with them is a great idea, the potential for humor in the cat's naive antics should make for some amusing moments. The greatest possible end to this story is that the concert they're attending is for Dethklok. And they get to meet them backstage. KS+Metalocalypse=Greatest Crossover ever.

But otherwise, great work so far. The character interaction is delightful.

That was an interesting direction. Cool to see an interpretation before the full release.
