I agree with the sentiment that it seems to swing heavily in favour of either ending on a Hanako-Hisao relationship or at least ending on something hinting towards a future with that.

And I'm quite happy - this being a post-neutral-end story - that there isn't, and you're continuing the plot as it is.

There's just a lot of stuff going on in my personal life at the moment. Too much drama, for one. I'm sorry, I'm still working on the next ...

Now I'm sort of thinking that this being a post-bad-end story, it'll in itself not have a happy ending at all. Which would be mighty interesting if written really well. And so far the writing is top-notch.
