That could mean a lot of things, and even if she was tone deaf, I doubt it would be considered a serious disability that would require going to a special school.

It is never mentioned if misha have a disability or not, although I can't remember In what route it is but hisao does mention that everyone without mental disabilities can come to Yamaku. If you want there is also an older fic that someone wrote about her visiting hisao in Yamaku. I can pm it to you...
