Re: Telling friends and/or family?
Well, I definitely agree that one shouldn't feel insecure about their interests, nor pester people about them. I do feel a certain urge to share my thoughts on things, though, and that's perfectly natural. When we find something we like, it's as if getting the word out is our way of showing support...

Re: Is there such a thing?
It exists. It's just difficult as all the hells to find. You usually don't find it in high school like Hisao did, for one thing.
Just don't let any opportunities slip by, because you never know which one is "the" one until you take it.

Re: Katawa Shoujo... Mobile?
You can do that quite easily with a laptop computer, actually, you don't need a mobile version.youka wrote:Playing KS while sitting on a toilet...TunaSandwich wrote:My studying would go down the toilet if there was a mobile version

Re: Hijacked by feels
I think the fact that the word "waifu" is even being used at all makes it obvious that the subject isn't being taken seriously. Why did that need explaining? >_> Well, whatever. Anyway, it's fun to think about various situations and possible scenarios involving fictional characters, that's...

Re: What's so bad About the Feels?
It's one thing to enjoy the sense of 'feels' while you're actually reading KS or, well, immersed in any fictional experience, but when the 'feels' persist for so long after you finish that it's hard to get into anything else , it can get slightly annoying. Take me, for instance. I have just enough a...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
Starting a habit is always easier than maintaining one. I hope you mean the opposite because this seems godly to me. That was my fingers typing faster than my brain, it happens sometimes. I meant "more difficult" but it came out as "easier." Not really sure what kind of psycholo...

Re: Which character did you get most attached to and why
I would actually say that Shizune's was the most "unfinished" story of the bunch, really, seeing as it very pointedly leaves both the relationship and Hisao's current frame of mind in a "work-in-progress" state during the ending. If any story can benefit from continuation, it's ...

Re: Hanako and my Girlfriend
I know what a lemon is, and I also know what else a lemon is when speaking of cars. And I know what a literal lemon is. I've never heard chocolate used as a euphemism before, though. I meant in terms of KS. Click the link I posted. Yeah, I clicked it right after posting. Regretted it somewhat. That...

If you think it deserves a topic of its own then by all means go ahead and make one. Maybe someone who knows what they're talking about will even clarify the issue.

Re: POLL: First girl you went for
I don't get the sense that's what was meant. I kind of feel the same, though. Emi's story spent the most time being playful and upbeat, so it spent the least time being unhappy. That was the intent, of course. All of that playful-and-upbeat-ness was a cover for some pretty deep issues, but those iss...
