Well after a long pause my 1st and 2nd run was terrible. I had to stop a few times, because side pain and my asthma were acting badly I did 5k in almost 40min or so.. Did 5km today in 40min, damn its bad, had to switch to walking 3 times, because of side pain. Last run (2 months ago) was 6,71km in 37min ><
Anyways, getting started again with running 3 times a week. Another 3 days are bodyweight training + everyday stretching, sundays off :>

Been running today after 40days or so, 5km in 30min, not bad, I had to stop running coz I'm biking every day to school/job and stuff roughly -400 kcal down every day(pretty exhaustive), anyways, kinda missed running so i had one.. :>

Finished W7d3 today. Still far from the 5k goal, my track is about 600m long and I can only run 5-6 rounds in the 28 minutes, which makes 3 - 3.6k. Or are the 5k in miles?

Yeah...And as a result of it, I've been waking up at 2-5 PM which only feeds into the inability to sleep when I ought to sleep. Vicious cycle...I only know of one way to counter it: Pull an all-nighter to insure being tired as fuck when the next night arrives. And even that tends to backfire.

running 3-4 months now (1 injury for 2-3week, 1time ill for a week). Hardest part for me was the breathing, I have asthma. Running helped me to breath better overall, I lost ~5kg. I stopped routine 14days ago, coz no time. Started again yesterday 5.2km ~25min, today 6km ~30min. I mostly run when ...
