Re: Anyone else think Rin has Asperger's Syndrome?
Okay, you say that the discussion can be trollish immediately after you try to shoot down what were actually valid arguments against your claim that Yamaku explicitly refuses admission to anyone with a mental disorder (That is seriously how you've been phrasing it) with a strawman argument. C'mon ...

Re: Anyone else think Rin has Asperger's Syndrome?
Narcoleptics? Epileptics? Schizophrenics? ...What the hell game are you people playing? It's a deaf chick, some blind folk, a couple amputees, and a burn victim. Rin and Kenji are perfectly fine in the head. Being abstract and spacey or a conspiracy nut aren't disabilities. And Emi's there because ...

Re: Anyone else think Rin has Asperger's Syndrome?
I feel like diagnosing fictional characters like this is a pretty pointless exercise . It certainly isn't implausible at all. But to me, Rin is just Rin. Pointless, but fun. Also, my only other activity I can do is rage at terrible videogames or make an idiot of myself trying to talk to someone ...

I'm going to assume that we can both speak somehow. Either they learn English or I learn Japanese. Or perhaps we both learn German, IDK.
Anyway, I'd go with Emi. Her upbeat attitude will help as will her athleticism. Also, she's awesome, 'nuff said.

Anyone else think Rin has Asperger's Syndrome?
I think she does. And very severely, at that. I know what constitutes Asperger's Syndrome - I do, after all, have a milder case of it - and it's quite obvious Rin's an aspie. I'll tell you why. Firstly, there's the severe lack of knowledge of social rules, which is abundant in her case, due to her ...

Re: Emi inspired running/workout
I like how, according to this, in 9 weeks I'll be able to run for half-an hour straight, yet even after an entire track season (minus 3 days for ingrown toenails) I still have a hard time joggin' for more than 5 minutes. Even though I wasn't in any shape to begin with. Also, I got last place every ...
